Veterinary Inpatient Care Technician

DVSC is a fast-paced, surgical specialty practice. We are looking for a qualified Veterinary Patient Care Technician for inpatient treatments to add to our team.

Our staff practices the highest standard of veterinary care and we are seeking career-minded individuals who are committed to our mission to provide the best care for our patients and the families who love them.

Requirements include:

• at least 2+ years as a veterinary assistant/technician
• experience in critical care/ emergency
• great communication skills
• computer savvy and willingness to learn
• detail-oriented
• comfortable placing IV catheters
• comfortable recovering companion animals from anesthesia
• experience administering IV/SQ/PO medications.

Shift: Mon-Thurs. with rotating weekends.
